1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla or lemon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour, sift
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. milk

Mix all ingredients. Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoon. You may double this and put in refrigerator overnight and roll to make cut out cookies using lots of flour to cut out. These are delicious.
