GOULASH SOUP 
3 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/2 lb. stew meat, cut in 1 inch cubes
Salt
4 c. beef stock
1 clove garlic
1/2 med. green pepper, cut in strips
2 sm. tomatoes
2 lg. potatoes
Noodles, cooked
Seasoned salt

Saute onion in oil, then add meat and brown. Sprinkle with salt and add 2 cups stock. Add garlic, green pepper, tomatoes and bring to simmer. Cover and simmer 1 hour, add more stock as necessary. peel and dice the potatoes and add to soup along with 1 teaspoon salt and enough stock to cover. Simmer about 25 minutes. Remove from heat. Discard garlic, skim off grease, and season. Stir in noodles, bring to boil and serve.
