TEA CAKES 
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. lemon

Cream butter, egg, milk, vanilla and lemon flavoring. Sift flour and add to creamed mixture. Roll out and cut. Bake at 375 degrees about 8 minutes.
