SAUSAGE & EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, browned & drained
6 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 slices bread (cut in sm. pieces)
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Layer bread, sausage and cheese in 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat eggs, add mustard, milk and salt. Pour over layered ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
