DIETER'S SPECIAL 
1 lb. fish fillets (sole, scrod, haddock)
1 (16 oz.) can Italian style stewed tomatoes
Garlic powder
Basil
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small baking pan spray bottom and sides with PAM. Then lay the fillets to cover the bottom. Pour the stewed tomatoes over the fish and spread evenly. Sprinkle garlic powder and basil over the top.

Place in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes. Then sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese over top. Cook 5 minutes longer. Makes 5 servings.

NOTE: This may be made with either fish or chicken breasts.
