SWISS CHEESE POTATO CASSEROLE 
6-8 baking potatoes, depending on size
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
1 pkg. Swiss cheese, shredded
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Peel and slice potatoes; arrange one layer in casserole dish (9x13). Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dot with 1 tablespoon butter. Add 1/2 package of Swiss cheese. Prepare second layer as first. Pour chicken broth over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until potatoes are tender and lightly browned on top.
