POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter (1 stick), melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Topping:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix together all ingredients in large bowl; spread in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix 1/4 cup melted butter with corn flakes; sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
