HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
8 oz. grated sharp cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. butter or 1 stick butter

Mix all together except butter and chips. Put in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish or 9 x 13 inch butter pan. Melt butter, add chips and put on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Freezes well.
