HASH BROWN CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. onions, chopped 2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1/4 c. butter 2 c. corn flakes Combine thawed potatoes, soup, sour cream, onion, cheese and salt and pepper, to taste. Mix thoroughly. Place in greased 9 x 13 casserole. Mix cornflakes and butter (melted) together and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
