SAUERKRAUT FAVORITE 
1 lb. smoked Polish sausage
1 lb. sauerkraut
3 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. water

Cut sausage into 1/2-inch pieces. Rinse and drain sauerkraut. Then mix together kraut, onion mix and water. Layer kraut and sausage in baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed potato chips over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
