SWISS BLISS 
1/2 tbsp. butter
2 lbs. boneless chuck, sliced 1/2 inch thick
1 env. onion soup mix
1 lg. can mushrooms or 1/2 lb. fresh, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 lb. can tomatoes, drained and chopped (save juice)
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. juice from tomatoes
1 tsp. A-1 Sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. chopped parsley

Using 20 inch sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil, spread center with butter. Arrange sliced chuck on foil, slightly overlapping each portion. Sprinkle with onion soup mix and top with vegetables. Season.

Mix juice, A-1 Sauce, and cornstarch and pour over meat and vegetables. Bring foil up and double fold edges to seal tightly. Place in pan. Bake 2 hours for 375 degrees. Roll back foil and sprinkle with parsley.
