HAMBURGER - RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. raw hamburger
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix hamburger, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, onions, green pepper, salt, pepper, oregano and bread crumbs. Press into deep dish pie pan (10 to 12 inches).

Combine rice, 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 cup water and 1/2 cup grated cheese. Pour into crust. Cover with foil, bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover, top with shredded cheese. Bake uncovered an additional 15 minutes.
