APPLE CRUNCH 
Topping:

2/3 c. brown Sugar Twin
1/4 lb. butter
2/3 c. dry milk
4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. oats

Filling:

8 apples, sliced
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. water
3 tbsp. sweetener

Mix topping well to make crumbs. Cook filling until tender. Spread 1/2 crumb topping in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan (ungreased). Add filling, then sprinkle remaining topping on top.

Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.

Makes 8 servings.

One-eighth of cake equals 1 bread exchange, 1 fruit exchange, 1 fat exchange and 1/4 milk exchange.
