1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
4 c. flour
1 egg
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt

In a big bowl mix together yeast, water, sugar and salt. Stir in flour. Knead on table until dough is smooth. Shape dough into animal shapes. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown.
