RED TOMATO RELISH 
8 c. ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 c. sweet red peppers, chopped
1 1/2 c. sweet green peppers, chopped
2 c. onions, ground
1 c. hot peppers, ground
2 c. celery, ground
1 1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Cook until tender and seal in sterilized jars. Do not over cook.
