SUMMER SQUASH MEDLEY | |
3 tsp. butter 1 2/3 c. yellow squash, sliced 1 2/3 c. zucchini, sliced 1/2 c. red bell pepper, cut in strips 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. basil 1/4 tsp. oregano Melt butter in large non-stick skillet. Add squash, zucchini and bell pepper. Saute over medium heat about 6 to 7 minutes or until tender crisp. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. |
