CHICKEN BREASTS WITH SOUR CREAM 
4 chicken breasts, split
1 can mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar sour cream
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 c. Sauterne wine
Salt & pepper

Lightly grease pan, put chicken breasts in with mushrooms over mixed soup, sour cream and wine. Pour over chicken and cover with foil. Bake 3 hours at 250 degrees. Serve over rice or broad noodles.
