SOUR CREAM MARINATED CHICKEN
BREASTS
 
8 oz. sour cream
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. celery salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
5 whole chicken breasts, split, boned, skinned
1/2 c. melted butter
Breadcrumbs

Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic and pepper. Coat chicken breasts with cream mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 12 hours. Remove from refrigerator and coat with bread crumbs. Place in single layer in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 dish. Melt butter (half), pour evenly over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Melt remaining butter, pour over chicken. Bake 15 more minutes.
