CHICKEN BREASTS IN SOUR CREAM 
4 chicken breasts
1 can mushrooms, drained and sliced
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can sherry
1 c. sour cream
Paprika

Arrange chicken in shallow baking pan so that pieces do not overlap. Cover with mushrooms. In bowl combine undiluted mushroom soup, sherry and sour cream; stir until blended. Pour over chicken, covering completely. Dot with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice. (Can add 2 additional chicken breasts without increasing any of the ingredients).
