QUICK CREAMED CHICKEN BREASTS | |
8 boned whole chicken breasts 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. chopped parsley Place breasts in baking dish. Combine soup, sour cream, and parsley. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with paprika. Baked carrots are good with this. Slice carrots lengthwise, put in casserole with about 4 tablespoons water and cover tightly. Drain after an hour and add salt and butter. |
