QUICK CREAMED CHICKEN BREASTS 
8 boned whole chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Place breasts in baking dish. Combine soup, sour cream, and parsley. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with paprika.

Baked carrots are good with this. Slice carrots lengthwise, put in casserole with about 4 tablespoons water and cover tightly. Drain after an hour and add salt and butter.

I've used this over the years, but always serve over (cooked) basmati rice...when the sauce combines with the rice...very, very good!!
