SOUR CREAM MARINATED CHICKEN
BREASTS
 
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. pepper
5 whole chicken breasts, split
Dash of salt
Bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. melted shortening

Combine first 7 ingredients. Sprinkle chicken with salt and coat with sour cream mixture. Cover. Refrigerate at least 24 hours. Remove chicken and coat with bread crumbs.

Place in lightly greased pan. Combine butter and shortening. Pour 1/2 over chicken breasts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour remainder of butter and shortening over chicken breasts and continue to bake for 15 minutes.
