1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, lg.
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tbsp. orange rind
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Cream together softened butter and sugar. Beat in egg, juice and rinds. Mix the flour, salt and baking powder and add to creamed mixture.

Oil and flour cookie mold or cookie cutters. Reflour your mold after each use, but no need to reoil. Take dough and press into mold. Place formed cookie on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until edges get brown (about 10 minutes).
