2 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 c. butter 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract (overflowing) 2 eggs 2 c. chocolate chips 1 c. chopped nuts In small bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. In larger bowl, mix sugars, melted butter, and eggs. Add vanilla and flour mixture, beat, adding more flour as needed. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper to allow cookies to slide off and prevent cookies from getting too crisp on the bottom. Drop cookies onto pan, using an ice cream scoop. Bake approximately 15 minutes at 325 degrees. |
