TUNA - FRUIT SALAD 
2 (7 oz.) cans drained tuna
3 c. shredded carrots
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can drained pineapple chunks
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. raisins, lettuce leaves, parsley

In a bowl, combine tuna, carrots, pineapple chunks, celery, mayonnaise and raisins. Mix well. Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish with parsley. Serves 6.
