2 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. hot sausage

With the biscuit mix prepare dough as directed. Roll out into a rectangle. Roll sausage into a similar rectangle. Lay sausage on top of dough and roll up like a jelly roll. Cut into thin slices and bake in 400 degree oven about 10 minutes (easier to slice if refrigerated or frozen).
