QUICH LASAGNA 
Uncooked lasagna noodles
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
12 oz. container Ricotta cheese
1/3 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Sliced olives, optional
Sliced zucchini, optional

Empty jar of spaghetti sauce into medium large saucepan and add water and stir over medium heat until consistency a bit thinner then tomato juice. Put some to cover bottom of lasagna pan (at least 2 inches deep). Put a layer of uncooked noodles, cover with sauce add any combination of cheeses, and more until 1/2 inch from top, then top with only Mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until inserted fork goes through the noodles easily.

(The sauce is watery in order to be absorbed by uncooked noodles. With practice you'll learn exact amounts to suit your own tastes.)
