SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 c. squash
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 carton sour cream
1 can mushrooms
1 onion, grated
1 pkg. herbal stuffing mix
1 stick butter

Melt butter, mix with stuffing mix. Put half in the bottom of the pan. Save half for topping. Mix all other ingredients together. Put stuffing on top. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. It is best when served after it has cooled.
