UNLEAVENED BREAD | |
2 c. plain flour 2/3 c. butter (only butter will do) 5 or 6 tbsp. milk No salt. Sift flour in bowl. Cut in butter. Sprinkle in milk, one tablespoon at a time. Roll out to 1/4-inch thick. Cut in strips. Then cut again. Bake at 400°F until white. Do not let it brown. |
