HEALTH MUFFINS 
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour milk
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. bran
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped dates
3/4 c. chopped nuts

In large bowl, combine eggs, milk and oil. Beat.

In another bowl combine rest of ingredients, except dates and nuts. Mix and add to liquid. Add dates and nuts. Combine and fill 1 dozen muffin cups. Bake 375 for 20 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.
