ARMENIAN RICE PILAF 
1/2 c. fine egg noodles, crushed
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® Rice, rinsed and drained
2 c. chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown noodles in butter. Add rice and broth. Bring to a boil, turn to low and cover for 20 minutes. Stir thoroughly then serve. Serves 6. If you want to increase, just keep cups in proportion, i.e., 3 cups rice means 6 cups broth, but keep cooking time the same.
