KIM'S STRAWBERRY SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1/2 qt. strawberries, cleaned & hulled
2 c. sour cream

Prepare one gelatin box as directed. Slice strawberries and add to gelatin. Pour into serving bowl and chill until firm. Spread sour cream over chilled gelatin; chill. Mix remaining box of gelatin according to package directions. Let set until slightly thickened. Spoon over sour cream; chill until firm.
