BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 potato per person
1 carrot per person
1 celery per person
1 onion
1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 beef bouillon cube
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. water

Cut round steak into 1" cubes. Cook and stir in vegetable oil until brown. Add water, 12/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 hours. Cut veggies into large chunks. Stir in veggies, salt, bouquet sauce, bouillon. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

For Biscuits: (Optional) Add 1/2 cup water to the stew. Mix Bisquick and milk. Spoon mixture on top of stew. Cook for 10 minutes, uncovered. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
