TASTY BEEF STEW 
4 stalks celery
6-8 carrots
3-4 potatoes
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 jar onions or 1 diced onion
1 can clear chicken broth
1 1/2 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 c. red cooking wine
Garlic salt & pepper to taste
1 lb. round steak or stew meat

Steak should be cut into bite size pieces, rolled in flour and browned in greased skillet. Then combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 2 to 3 hours, uncovered. Add hot water if necessary to keep soupy.
