ALL DAY BEEF STEW 
3 lbs. beef stew meat, trimmed & cut into 1" chunks
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
4 tsp. salt
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
2 c. dry red wine
4 med. carrots, cut into 1" pieces
4 med. potatoes, quartered
1 (20 oz.) bag frozen cut green beans
1 1/2 lbs. sm. white onions (about 18) (you may use frozen onions)
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 bay leaf

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In Dutch oven toss meat, flour and salt until meat is well coated. Stir in undiluted beef broth and remaining ingredients; cover and bake 5 to 6 hours until meat and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
