2 (19 oz.) cans beef stew
1/4 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
1 sm. onion, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs and cheese in ovenproof baking dish. Top with bread crumbs, then sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, until heated through and cheese has crusted. 6 servings.
