EXCELLENT BEEF STEW 
3 lb. stew meat
2 stalks celery, cut
3 med. onions, cut in chunks
4 carrots, cut in chunks
4 potatoes, cut in chunks

SAUCE:

1 c. V-8 juice
1/4 c. red wine
1/2 tsp. MSG (Accent)
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. minute tapioca

Put ingredients in Dutch oven; mix sauce ingredients. Pour sauce over meat and vegetables and mix together. Bake at 250 degrees for 4-5 hours.
