CHICKEN BROCCOLI HOT DISH 
3 1/2 lb. chicken breasts - cooked & deboned
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
Velveeta cheese slices
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can fried onions

Barely cook broccoli. Layer it in bottom of baking dish. Then add a layer of cut up chicken. Cover with slices of Velveeta cheese; over this spread a mixture of the soup, chestnuts, mushrooms and mayonnaise.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then add 1 can French fried onions over top and bake 10 minutes more.
