CHICKEN HOT DISH 
2 chicken breasts, cooked & diced
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
1 (2 oz.) can fried onions

Stir all ingredients together except the cheese, bread crumbs and onions. don't cook broccoli first. Put in buttered 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Then top with onions and heat for 5 minutes. Good served with rice.
