BANANAS FLAMBE 
4 bananas, sliced crosswise then lengthwise
2 tbsp. heavy cream
1/4 c. orange liqueur
6 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. warm brandy

Melt brown sugar in medium hot skillet. Add butter, heavy cream and orange juice. Add bananas. Add orange liqueur. Warm the brandy and pour over all. Ignite. Keep on warm burner ready to serve. Nice spooned over vanilla ice cream or served with whipped cream and buttered pecan pieces on top.
