BANANAS FOSTER - NEW ORLEANS
STYLE
 
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
4 oz. banana liqueur
6 bananas
2 oz. rum
Vanilla ice cream

Melt the butter. Add sugar, cinnamon, and banana liqueur. Stir to mix. Cook for a few minutes. Add halved bananas and saute until soft and slightly browned. Add rum. Heat well. Serve over ice cream.
