STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground beef
5 med. green peppers, cooked and drained
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. minute rice
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 sm. onion

Boil green peppers in water and a dash of salt (do not overcook). Brown ground beef, onion, and salt and pepper. Cut up stewed tomatoes and add them to the ground beef. Then add Worcestershire sauce and rice. Cook for 15 minutes. Next, add shredded cheese and cook for 5 minutes. Stuff green peppers, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
