APPLE CRUMB PIE 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil

Combine dry ingredients. Pour oil and milk over; mix well and pat into pie dish.

Combine and put into crust: 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 3-4 c. apples

Combine the following to form crumbs; spoon over apples. 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 c. butter

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
