JAMBALAYA YENNI 
2 c. raw rice
1 chicken, boiled & deboned
1 lb. smoke sausage
1 can French onion soup
1 can beef broth
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 tsp. parsley

Mix ingredients in 9 x 13 inch pan and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
