1 stick butter
1 tsp. cocoa
1/3 c. Coke
1 c. chopped nuts
1 box confectioners' sugar

Combine all ingredients except the sugar. Then pour into saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Pour over sugar. Mix well. Spread over Cocoa Cola Cake.
