COCOA-NUT CAKE ICING 
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine butter, cocoa, and milk in saucepan and bring to a rapid boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, vanilla, and nuts. Spread icing on a hot, 11 x 16 inch cake. Cool before cutting.
