1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg (fill cup with water)
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix ingredients together. Place in 7x11 inch loaf dish. Cook for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
