PEACHY WALNUT BREAD 
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter, unsalted, melted
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup diced peaches w/ juice
3 large eggs
1 cup milk

Sift together all dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix together all wet ingredients in another bowl. Caution -- do not pour hot butter into eggs, it will cook them. Fold in wet to dry, slowly. If you haven't already, fold in peaches and walnuts. Butter and flour two loaf pans. Pour even portions of mixture into each.

Bake in 375°F oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
