TEXAS HASH 
1 c. onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. rice
1 lb. ground beef
2 sm. cans tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
12 oz. pkg. frozen corn
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Brown onions and meat. Add other ingredients, except tomatoes and corn. Make a well in the center of meat mixture and add corn in well. Cover with tomatoes. Cover with lid and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
