1 c. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 can evaporated Pet milk

Melt butter and chocolate chips in the microwave. Stir in powdered sugar and milk. Cook in microwave for about 10 minutes. Stop and stir occasionally. Let boil up so it gets a little thick. Then add 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Pour over ice cream and enjoy!
