ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. flour
6 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. zucchini or yellow squash, grated
6 oz. chocolate chips

Cream sugar, shortening and oil. Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream, mixing well. Stir in remaining dry ingredients, mixing well. Add zucchini and stir. Pour into a 9x13 greased pan. Sprinkle chips on top of cake. Bake 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes. This is a very moist cake.
